Weed Harvesting Application

There is a flat fee for each cutting (see above). You can save money by ordering all your cuttings at once. A cutting is defined as weed harvesting and weed removal for one and a half hours at your property. If one and a half hours isn't enough to clear your desired area, you should schedule a subsequent harvesting. Harvesting can only be scheduled for LCRA members who have paid current dues. Each member must pay for his/her own harvesting. We can not schedule harvesting until we have received your application and payment, so please be sure to send payment for dues and harvesting.

Please complete this form and send your check made payable to LCRA to: LCRA, PO Box 196, Bridport, VT.

When we have received your payment, we will issue a harvesting work order to the harvesting crew. The Captain of the harvesting crew will schedule your harvesting based on the weather, locations of harvests and locations of the harvesting equipment. Please mark the boundaries of your lakefront property with flags with your name written on them in large enough letters to be read from the water. Call Captain Thad Bronson after 5pm at 802-758-2669 at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to your desired harvesting date. Note - the Captain can't schedule your work until he has received a work order from our office...so be sure to send in your paperwork and payment in plenty of time if you want to be harvested in a specific time frame.
